Focusing on Strengths in School Culture!

Teaching kids their strengths, highlighting those strengths, reminding kids of how they are successful--this focus is so critical in building confidence in students who've struggled in traditional settings. We saw this post earlier this summer and have to post it during back to school when kids are returning to the classroom. Here's to a great year ahead!
